The safety concept of our vault rooms covers the resistance levels CEN VIII-XIII (KB). The addition “KB” certifies the tested resistance against the crown drill, with the addition “EX” the tested safety against an attack with explosives, in accordance with the requirements of EN 1143-1. We offer solid and modular construction of vault rooms. In certain cases, a mixed construction is also possible. Here, as required, finished elements and solid construction are combined.

Our value-protection rooms in solid construction are VVdS-tested and VdS-certified according to Euronorm as well as ECB-S-euro-certified according to EN 1143-1. VVT Tresore takes over the planning and takes care of safety requirements, drawings, guidelines for the production and concrete quality. Safety armouring is supplied completely finished as a ready-to-use module and is only to be installed in accordance with the requirements and drawing-conform. The safety concept of the solid construction covers the resistance levels CEN VIII-XIII (KB).

Value protection rooms in modular design offer many advantages in contrast to the classic solution
- Solid walls are narrower in the modular design (e.g., thickness reduced from 500mm to 150mm)
- The reduction in the wall increases the usable space
- The space-in-room system can be integrated into and removed from the already existing rooms (even later), and with much less technical effort
- Mixed construction is possible (for example, finished element wall with solid floor)
- The modular construction offers individual solutions and application possibilities for money companies, trade, industry, pharmaceutical and private persons according to different safety requirements

Resistance level CEN I-VI (KB)
The new module series complement the existing range of resistance levels from VIII-XI with resistance levels from I to VI
- Solid walls in this modular design are only 50-70 mm, i.e. compact and relatively light
- Thanks to the compact wall, the usable space increases
- The room-in-room system can be built into and dismantled in existing rooms using dry construction (also retrospectively), and with much less technical effort
- Strongrooms with a modular design retain their value because they can be easily dismantled and reused at another location if you change location
- The system offers individual solutions and possible uses for money companies, trade, industry, pharmaceuticals, authorities and private individuals according to different security requirements

A strongroom in huge dimensions made of CEN VIII modules in modular and mixed construction
- Dimensions of the strongroom: height: 9.50 m, width: 13.40 m, length: 23.00 m, weight: approx. 350 tons in total
- Dimensions of the safe door: height: 4.40 m, width of 2.50 m, weight: approx. 8.5 tons in total
